Good Service will always shine through!
Whilst I was not here myself when your engineer (Mr Ellis) has attended to our system, I can say that several members of staff here took time out to pass comment to me about his committed attitude and how he dealt with the matter in hand. It is not very often these days that you can find excellent service and even less the times when someone can be bothered to praise that individual, however, I would be grateful if you would pass on our comments to Mr Ellis and thank him from me for all of his efforts.

Detect are proud to have been awarded a 3 year contract starting in April 2008 for the maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems across some 70 buildings for the University of Chichester.
This success cements our ongoing position in the understanding of Educational Building requirements for Fire Alarm Systems and the need for planned maintenance carried out swiftly and on time for minimum disruption to both staff and pupils together with our expertise for design and installation backed by our BAFE certification.

Detect Ltd were recently awarded the contract for the fit out of a Fire & Intruder Alarm system for South Central Ambulance Service via Marcade Electrical Services Ltd.
The following email was sent to us by Marcade on the 13th May 2008.
