Top of the class for Detect Business Development Managers.

At Detect Ltd, we care passionately about our customers and our future customers. We are always looking at how we evolve and ask ourselves if we are delivering the right service throughout the company. Our staff are highly trained and two of our Business Development Managers Sam Ellis and Mathew Oakley have just completed the Winning with Relationship Selling training course with Dale Carnegie.
The purpose of the training was to foster authentic client centred relationships than can truly assist in our customer communication. A strong customer relationship allows the sales organisation to build trust, offer insights, and then help the customer meet their business objectives. This continued investment both in time and financially we feel is very important that we continue to deliver the level of service that our customers expect.
This will assist Sam and Mathew to have an even deeper level of understanding of what the client really needs and maintain a consultative approach throughout. At Detect we will not sell you anything if it is not required and will look at the solutions before systems.
