Sam Ellis and his colleague attended our offices today to carry our remedial work to our security system. I am emailing to advise that we were extremely happy with the service we received. The engineers were professional, courteous and efficient. Sam in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us useful general advice on the system. He was mindful of the work environment he was in – we have busy labs – and worked discretely, professionally and in a tidy manner. He left the working area clean and tidy and left us with all relevant paperwork and explained what had been done and what was still to do. The service today was excellent.
It is worth noting that in fact I had made a mental note to send in some feedback about the engineers visit today as I was so pleased with the service before I was given a formal letter by Sam giving me details on how to do this.
