With regard to Sam's visit yesterday, it was professional, efficient and courteous. This can also be said for all the previous visits over the last 18 months we have had.
I would also like to briefly say that during our 24 years of trading, the experience we had with cctv companies has not been good. Installations have been poor and after service has been dire, if not non-existent.
Since speaking to Joe Goddard a couple of years ago, and subsequently having everything installed by Detect, I have been more than happy with all aspects of your service.
The installation was carried out with care and attention, service visits have been as above and any small faults or queries were initially handled by well versed staff, with a satisfactory outcome on all occasions.
